We do our best to secure the top professionals in the industry, as well as the most amazing studio space, so your not only your photos are the best you can get but also your photoshoot experience is amazing.
For that reason, cancellation fees are required for photoshoots that include a big team.
Our recommended photographer has to book the studio and makeup artist for shoots like that and, when closer to the shoot day, can be difficult to fill up a spot from someone who cancelled.
So what happens if you have to cancel your photoshoot?
Deposits are non-refundable. Unfortunately we cannot refund your deposit as it covers the costs already paid in advance by the photographer.
* If you’re booking a photoshoot without makeup artist (the options currently available) you’ll have to come to the shoot with your hair and makeup done. In these cases, a reschedule might be possible in case you can’t make the day and time you booked. This is the photographer’s decision.
